About Darren Critchlow

As a development associate with Ryan Companies in the greater Chicago area, Darren Critchlow leverages his experience in finance and real estate to assist the firm with analysis and finance for multi-family and senior living housing projects. His responsibilities range from completing demographic feasibility studies to leading financial proformas. Since joining the company in 2018, Darren Critchlow has overseen financials in projects such as Clarendale Portage Park, a Class A senior living facility in Chicago, IL.

Previously, Mr. Critchlow served as a finance and acquisitions associate at Pacifica Senior Living in San Diego, California, managing a diverse portfolio of senior living communities and providing financial analysis and strategic guidance. His experience includes working with Voit Commercial Real Estate and completing brokerage internships with Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle Commercial Real Estate.

Darren Critchlow holds REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate as well as a certification in real estate finance, investments, and development from the University of San Diego (USD) Division of Professional and Continuing Education. He earned his bachelor's in finance and real estate from USD, and he is an alumni member of the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity.
